Sprite Messengers! Hurry and talk to <Aquatic Emissary> Valer to learn more about the event! *L15. Water Supply (REP) Talk to <Aquatic Emissary> Valer in Ilya to accept the quest and obtain the quest item Water Bucket x1. Then, go to the Moonlight Altar in Moonlight Forest (265, 253) and use the "Water Bucket" to receive an "Enchanted Water Bucket". Report back to <Aquatic Emissary> Valer in Ilya (263, 126) to complete the quest, and you will receive a "Great Water Balloon Fortune Bag" and the status "Preparation Complete" for 3 hours. *The "Preparation Complete" status lasts for 3 hours. When it's active, you won't be able to accept the quest "L15. Water Supply (REP)". *L15. A Wet Job (REP) While the "Preparation Complete" status is active, talk to <Aquatic Emissary> Valer to accept the quest and receive the status "Unlimited Water Balloon Supply", as well as the ability "Holy Water Balloon". In Ilya, use the ability "Holy Water Balloon" to put out 5 "Nameless Fires". Also, use this ability on other players to receive the status "Water Festival Blessing". Collect 5 stacks of this status, then talk to Valer to receive a "Proof of Festival Participation". Then, report back to Valer to complete the quest and receive the following rewards: "Aquatic Emissary's Gift" x1, "Blessed Water Crystal" x1, and the status "Fire and Water" for 3 hours. *The "Fire and Water" status lasts for 3 hours. When this status is active, you won't be able to accept the quests "L15. Water Supply (REP)" and "L15. A Wet Job" again. *The status "Unlimited Water Balloon Supply" will disappear if you leave the zone. *You can trade "Blessed Water Crystal" x4 with Valer for "Aquatic Emissary's Gift" x1. *L15.
