Red Packet Census (REP) Head towards Kaslow (149, 305) and accept the quest from <Sales Merchant> Stanhope, and obtain x1 "Investigation List." Use "Investigation List" and obtain "Investigation Info" effect, then head toward the described destination from "Investigation Info" and start a conversation. Activate "Investigation Result" effect for 30 minutes. Once "Investigation Result" effect is obtained, head towards <Sales Merchant> Stanhope to complete the quest. Obtain x1 "Reward Red Packet" and activate "Red Packet Investigation Member" effect for 3 hours. Wait until "Red Packet Investigation Member" effect has disappeared before re-accepting "L15. Red Packet Investigation (REP)" quest. L15. Joy Luck Club (REP) During "Red Packet Investigation Member" effect, head towards Kaslow <Sales Merchant> Stanhope (149, 305) to accept the quest. Obtain x1 "Festive Cannon" and head towards Kaslow (234, 329), using "Festive Cannon" to obtain "Festive Atmosphere." During "Festive Atmosphere" effect, head towards <Sales Merchant> Stanhope to complete the quest. Activate "Full of Joy" effect for 3 hours. Wait until "Full of Joy" effect has disappeared before re-accepting "L15. Festive Greetings (REP)" quest. Talk to <Sales Merchant> Stanhope during "Full of Joy" effect, and activate "Great Monkey Fortune" effect, which lasts for 1 hour. *Event NPC Locations: <Sale Merchant> Stanhope Kaslow (149, 305)
